SuperSati is a tasks list + structured diary that is designed to make you recognize and feel why you do what you do so you can improve what you recognize as important for you and eliminate what is not.

**Aspects**: An aspect could be a project you are working on or a continuous area of your life like “Family” or “personal organization”. This is how you organize your thoughts and tasks.

**Day View:** This is your main view where you manage your daily tasks and thoughts.

*Narrative* to input your thoughts, moods and emotions as if you are writing your own life story as the narrator in your mind.
